In the event a TY-Man folder does not pop up when connected to the computer, check any additional drives (external storage devices) usually found in Windows Explorer under My Computer.
Q8. My TY-Man is frozen?
In the event a TY-Man is frozen, simply press and hold both up and down buttons simultaneously to reset the unit.
